In the Maharashtra the Summer Season the Local People mostly takes the drink of "Kairiche panhe".That's drink name is Maharashtrian for this Raw Mango Drink."Kairi" means 'Marathi' name of Raw Mango."Aam panna" is 'Hindi' name for this drink.Mango are Available in only Summer Season and raw mango drink can be made in March and April when the raw Mangoes are available.into Thick Pulp and keep in the fridge and use it for a month or so.
How To Make "Kairi panha" or "Aam Panha" ?..
Ingredients of Kairi Panah or Aam Panah, to make 6-8 glasses panah.
* Raw Mango pulp 1 Cup. * sugar or Jaggery -1/2 to 1 cup.Jaggery tastes better,gives good color. * Saffron strands -1/4 tsp. * Cardamom power -1/2 tsp. * Salt-a pinch.
*Steps:-
1. Wash the Kairi or Raw Mangoes Boil Water in a pot. 2. Put Mangoes in that and boil till mangoes are soft .it will take about 10-15 minutes.you can pressure cook the mangoes. 3. Let the mangoes cool. remove the skin and the inner send and keep the pulp. 4. Blend the pulp well with the jaggery in the blender or you can mash it well with your hand. 5. Add cardamom powder and saffron.the thick pulp is ready . 6. you can prepare the thick pulp and keep it in the fridge. 7. when you want to serve,add about 1/4 glass pulp in to a glass,top with cold water. stir to mix well . 8. Add ice cubes and serve.

1.Firstly to take the same red or green Apple,then Clean them,peel them and cut them up small enough to put in a mixture cup.
2.Then to take a cup of water and mixed with the Apple peace and take a one tea spoon Sugar.

2 large onions slices thinly Salt to taste 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder 1 tsp. chilli powder ( less or more according to taste ) 1 tsp. Dhania - jeera powder 1/2 tsp. ajwain ( carom seeds ) besan ( chickpea flour ) as required
METHOD:
firstly takes the onions and slices thinly.then to take the chilli powder,salts,dhania-jeera powder and thinly slices of onion.then the all above contains are mixed in water with the besan little by little till the slice of onion can be held together to from bhejia. after this procedure takes the oil in the clean khadai/pan put on the gas then in that hot oil, drop the peace of above mixture.then to make the golden colour of these peace to take out of the hot oil and serve hot with choice of sauce or chutny or just a cup of tea.

How to make by hand
firstly the flour and salt put on the clean work surface and make center the flour and salt then pour the eggs into the well. then using your fingertips gradually incorporate the flour in to the eggs. when all flour is mixed in,you should be able to gather up a pliable dough.if the mixture is too moist,add more flour.lightly flour the work surface ,and knead the dough by pushing it away from you with the heel of your hand and then folding to it back toward you.this process is continue of 8-10 minutes whenever the dough is smooth and elastic.the shape of dough do the like a ball and then it put in clean bowl.cover with cling film and leave to rest for at least 15 minutes before rolling and cutting.
Reduce the almonds to a powder. Add the milk and heavy cream, mix thoroughly together. In a saucepan, heat the almond mixture and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and reserve.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the almond mixture and mix well with wooden spoon. Return the mixture to the saucepan. Stir over medium-low heat until the custard thickens and coats the back of a spoon, do not boil.
Strain custard into a clean bowl and refrigerate until cold. Process custard in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instruction. Transfer to covered container and freeze until firm.
Peach Almond Ice Cream
Peaches are in high season here in Colorado and we are making the most of it. This week I made a gluten free (of course), fruit sweetened, dairy free, vegan Peach Almond Ice Cream.
To increase the peach factor, I diced up more fresh peaches and mooshed them into the ice cream after it came out of the ice cream maker.
This is another recipe that is a bit more complicated than most, however, I found it to be well worth the effort. As I ate this Peach Almond Ice Cream, I was pleasantly surprised that so few (and such healthy) ingredients, could taste so good. Peach Almond Ice Creamprint friendly recipe 1 cup almonds, soaked overnight, discard soaking water 1 cup water 3-4 peaches 5 dates 4 drops stevia 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1. Place soaked almonds and water in vita-mix 2. Blend on highest setting until smooth, about 1 minute, add a bit more water if blending is a challenge 3. Remove almond mixture from vita-mix and strain through a fine mesh paint strainer bag, discarding solids 4. Place almond mixture in rinsed out vita-mix container, blend in peaches and dates on highest setting until smooth 5. Blend in stevia, vanilla and lemon juice 6. Place mixture in ice cream maker and process according to instructions
Boil lauki in a pan in a very small quantity of water(1/2 cup), when it gets boiled drain whole water so that only soft boiled lauki is left.
Put milk in a large pan and boil for about 20 min.on medium flame, stir, then put the boiled lauki in the pan, mix well and let becomes semi solid(almost 20 min.), meanwhile grate khoya & mix in the pan.
Add sugar, mix till it dissolves.
Add dry fruits & elaichi powder.
It is ready to serve, it can be taken chilled as well as hot.
