Easy to make and tasty receipe
Ingredients
- Cooked rice -4 cups
- Carrots - 1cup
- Red Capsicum -1cup
- Green capsicum - 1 cup
- Peas -1 cup
- Soya sauce - 3 tbsp
- Salt -1.5 tspRed chilly sauce- 2 tsp
- Green chilly -2 large
- Red chilly powder-1 tsp
- Kitchen king masala-1/2 tsp
- Pepper -1/2 tspchopped
- green onions-2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- garlic -2 tsp
- onion - 1 cup
- Oil - 3tbsp
- Take some oil in a heavy bottomed pan.Then add onion and garlic saute till it turns transparent .
- Then add green chillies and saute for additional 3 mins .
- Now add carrots ,peas and mushrooms and saute for 3 mins .
- Now add salt ,chilly powder, red chilly sauce and soya sauce and saute till the vegetables turn a bit brown.
- Now add vinegar to it amd mix well.
- Now add all the bell peppers and saute for 1 min.
- Then add the cooked rice and mix well add 1 tsp of red chilly paste with 1 tsp of soya sauce.
- Remove from the stove and add chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and relish the fried rice.
