- Paneer Cubes 1/2 cup
- Onion Paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste 1tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Tomato puree 1/4 cup
- Turmeric Powder a pinch
- Fenugreek Leaves (Kassori Methi) 1 tsp
- Milk 3/4 cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Butter 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable Oil 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan.
- Add the onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and stir for some time.
- Then add haldi, chilli powder and tomato puree and cook till the oil seperates.
- Add dry fenugreek leaves at the end. No gravy should be left at the end.
- Finally add the kasoori methi, milk, sugar, salt and paneer cubes and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
